  I recently had a horrible experience with the staff @ this Mortuary the Staff person by the name of Lisa was very unprofessional, she allowed herself to get in between family affairs refusing the family person her rights of received a copy of a death certificate that was rightly that persons rights. She spoke in a nasty tone when i tried to involve myself to try & deescalate this matter but she spoke to me very unprofessionally and did not have respect for the family member who was viewing the body. Finally another staff member intervened and was calm and was able to provide professional customer services. If I was to make a guess I would say that she must of been getting something out of the deal if she was so adamant about that family person trying to purchase a death certificate that is rightfully that persons. I would never refer any body to Grissom Chapel Mortuary as long as Lisa is working there.
